My Approach to Therapy
I believe in fostering a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your emotions and experiences. My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs. I draw from various modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family System (IFS)-Informed, Somatic Healing, mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, and Expressive Arts Therapy (ExAT). This allows us to work together holistically, addressing emotional, cognitive, and somatic aspects of your healing journey.
