Living with ADHD can sometimes mean spending years wondering:
“Why can't I just be more organized?”
“Why do I keep procrastinating?”
“Why do things that seem easy for everyone else feel so difficult for me?”
This webinar explores adult ADHD from a compassionate, practical, and neurodiversity-informed perspective.
Together, we'll explore:
-
Understanding adult ADHD beyond stereotypes
-
Recognizing how ADHD can show up in everyday life
-
Moving away from shame and self-blame
-
Practical strategies for organization, planning, and follow-through
-
Building systems that work with your brain rather than against it
-
Navigating the process of seeking an ADHD assessment or diagnosis
-
Finding support after receiving a diagnosis
-
Making space for self-understanding and self-compassion
Whether you are newly exploring the possibility of ADHD, recently diagnosed, supporting someone with ADHD, or simply curious to learn more, you're welcome to join.
